Adam wolfers x casoni pop up

19th of April - 14th of May 2017.

Open wednesday to sunday night. lunch on the weekends.

Adam Wolfers, former Head Chef of Yellow will takeover Casoni for a month long pop up. Adam Wolfers, will bring his own flair to the restaurant in Casoni’s Darlinghurst premises.

Wolfers menu will vary through the month of the pop-up, but will be focusing on using seasonal vegetables with an Italian twist. The menu will not be strictly vegetarian, however these unique and diverse vegetables will be the focus of many of his dishes. Wolfers will also be incorporating some Jewish ingredients to honour his Jewish heritage. Adam will be sourcing the majority of his vegetables from local and surrounding farms.

Wolfers brings with him a wealth of experience, starting his career at Est., working as a Sous Chef at Marque and eventually running Monopole and Yellow with Brent Savage.

Wolfers crafted the idea with old school friends Nathan Moses and Julian Marchetto who currently run Casoni. “We have known each other a long time and it’s not that often an opportunity comes your way to do something totally new, so we all jumped at it” Wolfers said.

“We have a lot of respect for Adam and we’re excited to give our current customers something new and fresh – great food, great wine, in an environment that only adds to an exciting dining experience. ” Marchetto said on the pop-up.
